There are definitely those days that we miss it though!zannehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17169968339980800861noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8341375666857022597.post-11050519847912313322010-04-17T18:23:15.953-04:002010-04-17T18:23:15.953-04:00So did you get your ticket? My fav plane was grounded for something trivial, like a flat tire, so had to take the POS no one else wanted to rent. DG was crap, started drifting before I left the ground. Flew 100+ miles or so from Van Ness to Bakersfield on the magnetic compass. That, if nothing else, will teach you to fly with a steady hand.

2nd leg was to Santa Barbara, where the coastline is NOT N-S, but E-W. Ballooned the plane badly on the landing as the main runway I had to cross is humped about 5ft up and the headwind gets under your wings. Added pwr and settled near the end, but not my fav airport.

Louisville should be nice flying. Got chop? :DGrey Beardhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02238917041257429804noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8341375666857022597.post-33006778398774968772010-04-17T18:21:03.872-04:002010-04-17T18:21:03.872-04:00This comment has been removed by the author.Grey Beardhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02238917041257429804noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8341375666857022597.post-54610420526993000252010-02-23T01:44:00.436-05:002010-02-23T01:44:00.436-05:00Just what Robin said!Just what Robin said!Stuarthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16841289199998319545noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8341375666857022597.post-56635243308847583692010-02-22T14:40:03.966-05:002010-02-22T14:40:03.966-05:00this is great!! so how many pages did the resume ...this is great!! so how many pages did the resume end up being?

You SOOOO need to write a book!!Gotta Run.....https://www.blogger.com/profile/03647983887882662002noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8341375666857022597.post-28289858527551970052010-02-19T20:10:51.075-05:002010-02-19T20:10:51.075-05:00i used to keep a huge wad of cash in my apron w/ a...i used to keep a huge wad of cash in my apron w/ a shitload of change and would whip out that wad to give change. those were the days, LOL.

great great post. :)Judihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17659061902462311046noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8341375666857022597.post-37342577596073260502010-02-19T14:05:34.712-05:002010-02-19T14:05:34.712-05:00enjoyed immensely fellow cocktail waitress - did y...enjoyed immensely fellow cocktail waitress - did you also master the neatly folded bills between the fingers whilst hoisting large tray full of drinks over peoples heads while going up stairs in 2 inch heels maneuver? quite certain that naturally develops into cycling skills later in life. love the photo - you look so friggin preppyItchyBitshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14689105039645020348noreply@blogger.com
