i started the blog to chronicle my running adventures on the way to a boston qualifier. i ran three marathons in that quest and haven't made it (yet). these days, running is on the back burner and i am mostly riding. i just finished my first road racing season and am about to embark on a cyclocross adventure. i'm a wife, mom of three, part time web girl on our entrepreneurial endeavors, folder of a pile of laundry that can be seen from space, lover of larabars and red wine. this is my creative outlet, and i let it all out.

How about slow run and then a nap? :D I remember that first run after my first long race. Yeouch. But it felt much better afterwards.
here's what i did: slow run. then drink. then i went out to dinner with friends and had more to drink (and eat). then i brought all those friends back home to drink some more. i could actually get used to this whole post-marathon week thing.
and i do believe i said "yeouch" during my very slow 2 miles. but it was good to run.
so you did run after all.
yes, of course i ran. powerless to resist!
