How about slow run and then a nap? :D I remember that first run after my first long race. Yeouch. But it felt much better afterwards.
here's what i did: slow run. then drink. then i went out to dinner with friends and had more to drink (and eat). then i brought all those friends back home to drink some more. i could actually get used to this whole post-marathon week thing.and i do believe i said "yeouch" during my very slow 2 miles. but it was good to run.
so you did run after all.
