where's my paper bag?

confidence and optimism have left the building.
i miss them.
freak-out arrived this morning & hung out all day.
he better be gone by tomorrow.
cause he's freakin me out.
i was in a funk today. a doubt-filled funk.
i hope confidence & optimism come back.
we were having such a good time.

ZANNE - You've done the work. And a lot of it. Let it speak for itself. YOU are going to be amazing.

I wholeheartedly agree with Nancy. You are MORE than ready for this, Suzanne. Let your mind play its silly games; when your feet cross that starting line, your body will tell your mind to shut the F up and you will rock this marathon.

I know this.

Keep posting, ladies. I can't do this all by myself. Coach.

Hey there's only room for one freak out around here and I claimed it, so you're just going to have to put on your big girl pants and be fine. :)

Miss sub 7 minute mile, you are going to kill it.

You are going to blow the marathon out of the water. You are more than ready! Keep busy this week...

I've decided all the pain my body has been going through is an indication I've sent all my strength to you!

As everyone has said, you've trained well for this. It'll all come together this weekend. Sending MANY positive vibes your way! (But if you don't mind, could you please send me back my hip strength one you're through with it?)

Don't psyche yourself out girl, you are going to do GREAT!

Although I can relate a little. I have been freaking out that every step I take is going to result in a twisted/broken ankle this week :/

No, no, no! You're going to totally kick ass! Avoid anybody on the course who looks like this, though:

'cause they'll ticket you for speeding!!!

LOVED the RV blog!!!! My husband and I SO want to have one of our own one day soon. We love the thoughts of traveling but your stories take the cake. Too funny!! I am fowarding him your story so he can get a kick out of it as well.

Yes.. I knew the freak out mode would be setting in with you this week. You go ..go ..go for so many weeks and now you have all of this time on your hands. Great week for another dreamy nap perhaps!

You are going to do great this weekend. Anyone who runs in the pool for goodness sake will rock the course no doubt.

Heard you had a good run this am. So, did Mr. Funk leave the house?

Just take a deep breath, and keep breathing. Its hard right now, being on the verge of one of the biggest moments of your life. You have worked hard, but you still have to hang in there a little longer! Use these last few days to catch up on stuff you've neglected. You can do this!
